I’m Farmajo, a freelance creative and photographer with over 10 years of experience in the field. What started as a journey to create educational videos and vlogs quickly evolved into something much more exciting. I specialise in a variety of photography styles, including sports, fashion, lifestyle, weddings, portraits, events, and commercial photography.
My approach to photography blends artistic vision with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring every shot captures the essence of your unique experience. Whether I’m photographing a sporting event, a fashion shoot, or a special moment with family, I strive to create images that tell a story and evoke emotion.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on over 300 projects, collaborating with more than 100 clients, including well-known names like Alex Iwobi, Balogun, SE Dons, Rising Ballers, and many others. Each of these collaborations has taught me something new and deepened my passion for this craft.
At the heart of my work is a deep love for documenting culture and moments that matter. This passion is deeply connected to my upbringing and faith, and I believe every shot I take is a blessing. I’m guided by both my creative vision and my dedication to my faith, which allows me to approach each project with humility and purpose.

Farmajo Shoots, a creative photographer and videographer, had an unconventional childhood that shaped his artistic vision. Growing up, he carved out a niche for himself selling sweets, chocolates, and trading cards at school. Although he often felt like an outsider, this sense of separation nurtured his keen observational skills and allowed him to capture the vibrant yet gritty world around him.
His neighborhood was a tapestry of contrasting realities—places where drug deals occurred in the shadows, flats were raided by authorities, and rival gangs roamed the streets. Amidst this backdrop, Farmajo found moments of camaraderie, from summer BBQs to the casual banter among friends. He recalls the sounds of the “mandem” chilling near the park or joining impromptu football sessions.
Farmajo often jokes about being the “bando civilian,” a term that reflects his proximity to the street hustle. He became accustomed to conversations that seemed out of place for a kid, with strangers casually asking if he knew where to score some weed as he walked to the shop, mosque, or football field. These experiences, rich in storytelling and authenticity, have influenced Farmajo’s creative work. He draws from the complexities of street life, turning raw moments into compelling visual narratives. Through his photography and videography, Farmajo Shoots captures the essence of his community, transforming personal anecdotes into a powerful lens that connects art with the realities of life.
With a vision to create bite-sized educational videos, Farmajo’s journey into the world of photography began with the purchase of a Canon 700D and a kit lens from Argos. Though he initially faced the steep learning curve of videography, a spark ignited within him, leading friends and family to seek his growing skills for photography and film projects.
From a young age, Farmajo Shoots found solace in football. It became his escape from the challenges of life, a passion that filled his days with joy and camaraderie. Growing up, he took part in the Arsenal Double Club, participated in local football sessions, and spent countless hours playing in the concrete cages of his neighborhood. However, Farmajo never officially trained with a team or followed the game on television, which led him to a pivotal realization: football might not be his calling.
Embracing this insight, he decided to channel his love for the sport in a different direction. Rather than continuing to play, Farmajo created his own team, documenting their journey through photography along the way. Armed with a camera, he began capturing the moments that unfolded, turning matches into memories and teammates into friends within the frame.
Through his lens, Farmajo tells stories of teamwork, determination, and the joy of playing for the love of the game. His unique perspective serves as a bridge between his passion for football and his emerging talent in photography, transforming the way he engages with the sport he adores. Today, Farmajo Shoots continues to explore the intersection of creativity and sports, using his skills to document not only matches but also the vibrant culture surrounding them.
His journey took a joyful turn when friends invited him to photograph their weddings, reflecting the growing trust and recognition of his work. The challenges of lockdown reignited his creativity as he ventured into the vibrant atmospheres surrounding the Euros. Determined to someday photograph the England national team at Wembley Stadium, Farmajo decided to invest seriously in his craft. He upgraded his gear, purchasing a Canon 70-200mm f2.8 Mark III, and then a Canon 90D, committing to honing his skills and expanding his network within the industry.
Farmajo Shoots began his photography journey with humble beginnings, often charging minimal fees for his services—around £50 per project. However, as he tallied the hours spent filming, editing, traveling, and even grabbing a bite to eat, he soon realized how little he was left with. This realization ignited a desire to refine his craft and elevate his artistry.
With dedication and hands-on experience, Farmajo’s skills grew alongside his confidence. As he continued to hone his techniques, the quality of his work improved markedly, catching the attention of clients and audiences alike. Over time, he began to receive fair compensation for his services, a testament to his perseverance and commitment to his passion.
Farmajo Shoots now approaches each project with the expertise and vision cultivated through years of hard work, transforming initial challenges into stepping stones for success. Today, he is not only a talented photographer but also a burgeoning creative force in the industry, ready to take on new opportunities and tell compelling stories through his lens.
